Former player takes over as assistant coach Sep 1, 2009
In May, senior Brendan Lynch thought he saw his Penn State tennis career come to an end upon his graduation from the Smeal College of Business. Only a few months later, that ending became a new beginning. (Daily Collegian, PA)

"I can always look back and say we have done things in my time here that had never been done before and I'm definitely going to miss that. I'm very proud of what we were able to accomplish. I felt like when I got here, Penn State tennis was good but I felt like we've helped put Penn State tennis on the map.".
