Butler Picks Up Second Sweep Of Day vs. Texas State Sep 6, 2009
MILWAUKEE - Senior Porshia Allen posted season highs of 14 kills and 14 digs and junior Jessica Wolfe also had a double-double as the Butler volleyball team swept Texas State, 3-0, Saturday evening at the Marquette Volleyball Invitational. MILWAUKEE - Junior Jessica Wolfe had 16 kills and freshman Gina Vera added 32 assists and seven digs as the Butler volleyball team swept Binghamton, 3-0, Saturday afternoon at the Marquette Volleyball Invitational. MILWAUKEE - Junior Jessica Wolfe had 19 kills and nine digs while senior Porshia Allen and sophomore Maureen Bamiro each added 13 kills but Marquette edged the Butler volleyball team, 3-1, Friday evening at the Marquette Volleyball Tournament.
