CEDAR FALLS --- University of Northern Iowa football coach Mark Farley confirmed Monday that running back Taylor Brookins has requested and received a release to transfer to Upper Iowa University. But Peacocks coach Tom Shea said Brookins had not enrolled at UIU as of Monday. (Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier)
