    BCHS golfers fall just short at regional  Sep 30, 2009
    The top three teams advanced to the state meet at The Legends of Indiana Golf Course in Franklin, and punching their tickets were Martinsville (330), Columbus North (333), and Center Grove (355).     finished tied for second place at the Pepsi Indiana Women s Open that was held June 29-30 at the Legends of Indiana Golf Club.     Avon Boys Golf Team Wins School's First State Title  Jun 18, 2009
    Avon won its first state championship in any sport and Mishawaka Marian senior Adam Sumrall won the individual title at the 73rd IHSAA Boys Golf State Finals at The Legends of Indiana Golf Course in Franklin. After a rain-soaked first round on Tuesday, Avon (293-294-587) (+11) maintained its slim lead over Evansville North (296-293-589) (+13) on Wednesday to win by two strokes under very warm, sunny skies.
