Six months after legalizing the general use of crossbows in Pennsylvania, and two months before the first deer season when they could be used, the Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners has placed new restrictions on use of crossbows for the upcoming fall hunting seasons. By a vote of 4-3 the board gave preliminary approval to regulatory changes that would limit use of the sporting arm, if approved at a later meeting and published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. I don't usually have too much interest in what is happening on the cutting edge of technology because I deal more with hardware that is already in general use. However, I have noticed a trend lately where anything that can possibly go wireless is going wireless, from our humble mouse and keyboard to game controllers, consoles, networks, the internet, phones, point-of-sale systems, speakers, printers, microphones, power meters and heaps more stuff that I can't think of right now.
